Siren's Song Event
During the Siren's Song event period, players can get Blood Pearls from daily quests. You can unlock Siren chests based on the number of blood pearls you have cumulatively acquired. This counter takes into all the Blood Pearls that have passed through your hands, not just the ones you currently own.
Players can get 45 (5 * 9) Blood Pearls from the daily quests. The drops period of the Siren's Song event is 12 days, so you should be able to collect 45 * 12 = 540 Blood Pearls for free.
With 540 Blood Pearls, you will be able to unlock just the 9 Bronze Siren's Chests which hold 20 * Elite Hero Soulstones and one Reward Choice Chest (EXP, Gold, or Dust Essence) each.
Siren's Chest Rewards
I would expect bigger bumps in rewards but as you can see there are only four variations in the Siren's Chest rewards. The violet-colored chests from 3000 Blood Pearls until 7500 just contain, a frame, a chat bubble and an emoji as an extra. Keep that in mind before decided how much you want to spend on this event.

The Conch Collector Event
In the Conch Collector Event, you just exchange your Blood Pearls for rewards. Let's see what the best rewards are, assuming you will only spend the 540 free Blood Pearls. You will be able to do the exchange for the full duration of the event (14 days).
Best Conch Collect Event Exchange Rewards
As usual with this type of Event the best option is to spend your Blood Pearls on Red Emblem Chest which cost 65 Blood Pearls. You can get 8 Red Emblem Chest with 520 Blood Pearls and spend the remaining 20 on 30x Primordial Emblems.
This is the way I will go although I would love to get that Alna.
- 8x Red Emblem Chests + 30x Primordial Emblems.
- Alna / Athalia / Mezoth + 1x Red Emblem Chest + 30x Primordial Emblems.
- Rare Hero Chests
- 4x Artifact Fragment Chest + 5x Red Emblem Chests.
Reward Exchange Rates
The Conch Collector Event Rules
- Players must possess at least 1 Mythic hero in order to be able to redeem items for activating or enhancing Signature Items.
- Event items may be exchanged for Twisted Essence at the Elder Tree, which can be used to strengthen heroes after completing Stage 12-40.
- Players may exchange Poe Coins in this event after unlocking the Oak Inn feature.
- Event items can be exchanged for Mythic Variety Chests after completing Stage 23-60.
- Once a player has completed Stage 16-40, they may exchange Reset Scrolls in this event. Reset Scrolls can be used to reset the factional bonuses of Mythic tier or higher gear.
- Event items can be exchanged for Dura's Artifact Fragment Choice Chests after completing stage 13-40.
- Event items can be exchanged for T1 Stone Choice Chests after completing Stage 20-60.
- Event items can be exchanged for T2 Stone Choice Chests after completing Stage 25-60.
- Surplus Blood Pearls will be recalled for 24k Gold each once the event has concluded.
