Project Slayers offers different weapon options for Humans/Demon Slayers and Demons. There are Katanas that Humans and Demon Slayers can use, while Demon Claws or Scythes that Demons can use.
Most Katanas in the game provide the default auto combos. The only exception is Shinobu's Katana and Beast Katanas with their own unique LLRLR and RRLRL combo.
Meanwhile, Demon Claws and Scythes come with their own unique combos and two unique Claw Moves, one of which has a knockback effect.
The two common Katanas (Golden and Green can be purchased at Kiribating Village), while the other 5 are boss drops from T1/T2 chests from Demon Slayer Bosses (Sabito, Zanegutsu Kuuchie, Shiron, Giyu, and Sanemi), with each Katana having a higher chance to drop from its matching boss.
Demon Claws will require you to farm 250 Demon Horns and exchange them for Claws at Tony.
All Images and info are taken from the official Project Slayers Trello board.
Project Slayers Weapons Tier List
Every Breathing now has a designated Katana that slightly buffs its damage after Update 1 of Project Slayers. If you have a sword from the old bosses for the 4 original breathing, you can upgrade it by farming the Ouwigahara Dungeon.
If you have decided to use a new Breathing (Mist, Flame, or Beast), you will have to farm for its designated and upgrade it:
- Mist Katana -> Cloud Katana
- Flame Katana -> Volcanic Katana
- Tomioka's Katana -> Waterfall Katana
- Shinobu's Katana -> Butterfly Katana
- Sanemi's Katana -> Tornadic Katana
- Lighting Katana -> Thundercloud Katana
Beast Katanas don't require an upgrade but are rarer drops than the Mist Katana and the Flame Katana.
