Netflix offers three subscription plans, ranging from $8.99 to $15.99 per month in the US. As we'll see Netflix free trial offers are no longer available anywhere in the world. At the start of 2021, Netflix started withdrawing free trials for most countries. By the end of March 2021, all Netflix free trial programs were shut down worldwide.

Note that Netflix employs stringent geo-blocking policies nowadays, so you will most likely be limited to the regional library you signed up for.
Even though VPNs use SmartDNS to trick Netflix into thinking you are logged in from another country, it restricts content to the regional library associated with your payment information or your initial signup.
Alternatively, you will only be able to explore the Netflix originals library.

Netflix has stopped offering 30-day free trials

I have personally checked every country on Netflix's support page, and they have shut down all free trials. The reason is most likely that users abused the free trial program by signing up with different emails to get a free month to watch Netflix constantly.

Netflix's DVD rental service has also stopped offering 30-day free trials
The DVD rental service run by Netflix also offered a 1-month free trial in the past. It seems that it is also a victim of Netflix's new policies towards free trials.

2. Take advantage of the mobile carrier or ISP
Some mobile carriers, including T-Mobile, provide Netflix if you join one of their plans.
T-Mobile offers a basic Netflix subscription on the Magenta & Magenta Military plans. They also offer the Netflix Standard plan for free if users sign up for the Magenta MAX plan. You can check all Magenta plans here.
3. Join the family member's Netflix subscription
You can ask your family members if they want to share their Netflix accounts with you.
One of the most common practices is getting free Netflix or splitting the bill with others to lower the price.
Netflix allows up to five profiles within a single Netflix account, so you can join the family member's Netflix subscription to save money.
The catch here is that you must be on the same local network. However, this is what I do to split costs with my parents.
How to save on Netflix
As we already explained Netflix free trials are gone, at least for now. Netflix does not leave much margin to save money on it, but there are a couple of ways to save some money still indirectly.
1. Take advantage of cashbacks
- Swagbucks: With Swagbucks you can participate in online surveys or even use specific apps to earn points that will reward you gift cards, including Netflix gift cards.
- TopCashback: When you make purchases from featured retailers, TopCashback will pass 100% of their comission back to you. You can then withdraw your cash back and spend it on a Netflix subscription.
2. Use coupon extensions like Honey and Coupert
Netflix does offer coupons, but it's not easy to find a Netflix coupon that works. There are two coupon tools to make the searching process much more accessible Honey and Coupert.
Honey and Coupon are both free and 100% legit (available on Chrome, Firefox, and Edge) that will provide you with all the latest coupons and promo codes for supported retailers.
Even if there isn't a coupon available, both extensions allow you to earn cash back on purchases.
How to start using Coupert
1) Install the Coupert extension on your browser and sign up with your email address.
2) Go to Netflix.com and click Coupert on the top right corner. The extension will show you all the available coupon codes.
Even if there are no working coupons for the product you're buying, you can still save money by getting cash back through Coupert.
With 7,000+ participating stores, you can earn points that you can redeem for cash.
Install the Coupert Chrome extension and shop online wherever you usually do. You can accumulate gold points (known as ‘gold').
Shoppers can earn points by clicking ‘Activate' after shopping at a participating retailer.
Once you have accumulated at least $10 in points, you can cash out to your PayPal account.
3. Buy discounted Netflix gift cards
You can reduce your Netflix bill by purchasing discount Netflix gift cards. Instead of paying the total amount, use gift cards to get a lower price. Gift card companies include Raise, Gift Card Granny, Cardpool, CardCash, Gift Card Spread, etc. They offer different discounts on the same product, though.
Netflix's discount may vary daily, so you should check these gift card websites before ordering.
Stay alert for online coupons claiming that you can get free Netflix for six months or sneakily get a much sought-after Netflix free trial after signing up. Most of these coupons are not working; they are just scams.
4. Buy a cheaper Netflix plan through VPN
