Everything You Need To Know About Minecraft 1.19

Hold your hearts, as we are getting closer to the Minecraft wild update 1.19.

Officially, no final dates are announced on the release but a pre-release version is live. So, the full release is expected somewhere in the middle of June or late May, experts say.

Let's look at what Minecraft 1.19 pre-release has in store for us.

What's New In the Latest Minecraft 1.19 Update [Pre-release 1]

Mangrove Tree

The update has reduced a little the number of Mangrove trees in Mangrove Swamps. Although, this does not affect a large number of trees but still an update from Mojang.

Mob Spawning

Spawning Mobs is also on the list in 1.19 Wild Update. Mobs like Endermen, Skeletons, Wither Skeletons, and Piglins will now spawn on a wide range of light levels in the nether[0 to 11]. This means the nether will be a much more treacherous place than in 1.18 and now you have to rely on extra torches to halt the mobs to stop spawning in that area.

Generic Equip Sound

Minecraft 1.19

Another thing we are getting is an interesting generic sound when you equip an item. Officially, Minecraft sticks to non-armor items such as pumpkin heads and skulls but the feature is also noticeable on many other items as well. (maybe they started with just a few items and now we will see this on any wearables.)

Item interaction vibrations are now emitted

Minecraft 1.19

Using an item now generates vibrations when you begin or finish using it.Initially,  this applies to the items like Bows, Crossbows, Goat Horns, Shields, and Food but we are expecting this same behavior on other items as well.

Frog Behavior

No more jumping and pumping now. There is no doubt that frogs are a lot more playful when you hold slime and they jump out of excitement. But the update has ended their craziness and now they'll no longer jump when attracted by slime.
