To get Kioru in King Legacy, you must defeat talk to Tiger at Loaf Island, on the floor just above the spawn guy. Tiger will ask you to complete five quests that all require you to defeat normal bosses in the Second Sea. These quests are the same as the ones you find on individual islands. After completing each quest, you must return to Tiger to accept the next one.
Here are the five bosses you will be asked to defeat by Tiger:
- Kappa at Japan Island (Veridans area) (Level 2950)
- Anubis at Dead Tundra (Level 3150)
- Flame User at Dead Tundra (level 3200)
- Biscuit Man at Loaf Island (Level 3250)
- Dough Master at Loaf Island – Mirror Dimension (Level 3275)
Note: I think you must defeat each boss without dying to the quest to be completed.
Once you complete all five quests, you can talk to Tiger, and he will give you the option to buy Kioru for $25,000,000 Beli.
Kioru Moves
Kioru is one of the tier-S swords in King Legacy, as it is quite accessible, effortless to use and good for DPS. Its M1 attack speed is slow and deals 4,526 damage with Armament Haki V1. Kioru is very good for PvP, with the Z-key move, Radio Slash, being a great way to break Ken Haki as it deals 12 blows. It is also one of the highest DPS swords in the game.
Its Z key move, “Radio Slash” is unlocked at 250 Sword Stat Points, and it deals 27,000 damage with Armament Haki in 12 hits. This a short-range and a very fast move.
Its X key move, “Injection Shot” is unlocked at 500 Sword Stat Points, and it deals one hit for 10,000 damage with Armament Haki. It's easy to target as it instantaneously shoots and eclectric shot in the direction of your cursor, damaging everything in its path, while the move's range is medium. However, due to the shot being very thin your aim must be precise.
Note that you must have Armament Haki enabled for both Skills to work on Logia users.
While Kioru is a great sword, I'm not sure it's worth spending this amount of money on it, as there are better options in the game.
