PlayStation 5 owners are now receiving a new software update 21.02-04.51.00.01. In accordance with the official patch notes, the latest PS5 firmware update 21.02-04.51.00.01 introduces some minor changes.
An earlier major update added support for 3D audio through built-in TV speakers. Furthermore, it added M.2 SSD storage expansion, enabling PS5 players to store and play PS5 games, PS4 games, and media apps directly from the expanded high-speed storage.
