Right now, the Battle Royale genre is at its peak, and Epic has created its metaverse with a massive amount of virtual experiences. The graphics are excellent for a free online game.
If you haven't tried Fortnite already, you must look. It's competitive gameplay at its best and requires a tremendous amount of skill to master. It's number one in my heart, and the commitment it requires to master building, attacking, and defending makes it a unique experience among Battle Royale games.
No Man's Sky (Paid)

No Man's Sky can be played cross-platform on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. This game explores one of the most fascinating concepts in the history of humanity, space exploration.
Although you won't be able to do this in person, it is possible with the help of the game. This simulation is a masterpiece, thanks to its amazing graphics and world-class construction.
No Man's Sky, also known as a “sandbox” game, has the best cross-platform concept of any cross-platform game on my list. It's as easy as exploring different planets and completing missions.
Warframe (Free)
Cross-play is available on PC, PS5, PS4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch.
I dare say that Warframe is my favorite game on this list or at least only second to Fortnite. Warframe combines action, third-person, RPG, and even mecha elements for those suffering from Zone of the Enders nostalgia.
Warframe is freely available, and players can join clans, embark on missions, or even engage in PvP, in what I would call an action-packed fast-paced game. What makes Warframe even greater is that the gacha non-f2p element of getting Prime Warframes is not necessary at all. Prime Warframes are mostly cosmetic upgrades to normal ones, as they come with minor stats increases and mod slot upgrades.
There is no doubt in my mind that Warframe is not just one of the best cross platform games but also one of the best games available on PC, free or not.
Genshin Impact (Free)
Cross-play is available on PlayStation 4, Android, Microsoft Windows, iOS, PlayStation 5.
Genshin Impact was a global phenomenon when it made its international debut in 2020. It made $400 million in its first two months and has almost quadrupled this amount since. Although the single-player experience is enjoyable, the gaming experience can be enhanced in the co-op mode.
Players must be Adventurer 16 to enjoy the co-op function. Once they have reached Adventurer level 16, players can join up to three other friends on another platform, provided they are all located in the same area.
Genshin Impact is overall a great game, despite some complaints about its free rewards system. Note that the mobile versions are somewhat harder to play so I recommend getting the PC version of Genshin Impact too.
We are also still waiting for Genshin Impact's Switch version, in what remains one of the best cross platform games despite some disappointments from miHoYo.
Final Fantasy XIV (Base version free, Paid)
Cross-play is available on Playstation 4, Playstation 5, and PC.
Final Fantasy XIV and its expansions was an MMORPG. It was a second attempt to correct some gaming errors after it was renamed A Realm Reborn following an extremely unfavorable reaction to the first game. All the MMORPG staples, such as experience points, and amazing missions, are present and correct.
If you are a fan of Final Fantasy, this game is an easy choice. Each patch and expansion adds new features to the storyline, giving players the feeling that they are at a crucial point in Hydaelyn history.
Minecraft

Minecraft is probably the best representative of sandbox games. You can start the game on creative with an awesome Minecraft seed to generate a world; from there, you can create amazing stuff with minimal limitations established by the game.
You can craft items and tools and build structures with your collected resources. They can choose whether they want to play the survival mode or the creative mode, and mods make Minecraft even better. World of Tanks and World of Warships are great games for those who love war machines and warfare. They are somewhat similar to War Thunder but MOBA-oriented. The graphics look amazing in both games and they both require a lot of coordination to win matches.
If you are looking for a more realistic experience, War Thunder might be your best option, but if you want a more arcade experience World of Tanks and World of Warships are the way to go, depending on if you love tanks or warships respectively. Personally, I prefer the naval warfare World of Warships introduces.

The last people must be hunted down and destroyed by these animals. Additionally, you can play the game in groups of up to four or six players. As a group, you must gather resources so you can create better weapons and equipment to defeat more robust and extensive Behemoths.
Dead By Daylight
