Amouranth started streaming as a small-time cosplayer; she created gaming content by dressing as her favorite comic books and gaming characters.

However, the big breakout for Amouranth came in 2018, along with a little marriage scandal. Here are Amouranth's net worth, biography, and career highlights.

Amouranth was the most popular female streamer in 2021.

Amouranth Career Overview

Amouranth was born on December 2, 1993. She is now 27 years old. The popular streamer has been drawing a lot more attention thanks to five controversial bans and the occasional promotion of suggestive content on her streams.

Netizens continue to debate if her channel is harmful. Amouranth, on the other hand, continues to ignore comments from spectators. Nail Buzz estimates that Amouranth will have a net worth of $7 million by 2020. Streamers usually make their revenue through sponsorships, donations, subscribers, and ads.

Amouranth boasts more than 20,000 active subscribers on Twitch. According to Twitch's Terms & Conditions, Twitch Partners, Affiliates, and Twitch itself receive half of the subscription fee.

The split means that the streaming fee for a subscription of $4.99 will give the streamer around $2.50. The payment structure will vary depending on the popularity of each streamer. Amouranth could be earning close to $50,000 per month by adding her subscribers to the fees.

Amouranth is also active on Instagram and YouTube, so her revenue generation includes multiple sponsorships and advertising. Amouranth was an assistant in the costumes department at Houston Grand Opera and Houston Ballet before becoming an internet celebrity.

She also started her own children's entertainment company, A Charmed Affair, featured on TLC's The Little Couple twice.

The streamer has not publicly confirmed the revenue figures of these deals, so we cannot provide an exact estimate of her annual income.

While she is known for streaming on a platform designated for gaming streams, it's important to note that she has focused on ASMR-based and Just Chatting content rather than gaming.

History of Amouranth's Twitch Bans: What caused them?

Amouranth has a quite long history with Twitch bans for incidents that can be attributed to bad luck or efforts to attract attention and more viewers.

First ban (September 2019)

Amouranth was banned for the first time in September 2019 due to a notorious wardrobe malfunction. Twitch banned Amouranth after she accidentally exposed herself multiple times to her viewers while sitting on the ground and playing with her dog.

Ironically, she gained hundreds of thousands of new followers after the ban, which meant she returned to Twitch stronger than ever. Amouranth, on the other hand, lost thousands of followers following her March 2020 ban.

Second ban (March 2020)

Twitch did not explain the second ban. They only cited “inappropriate behavior,” which led some to speculate that Twitch had banned Amouranth because of a recent gym stream.

The probable cause was either promoting suggestive content or because she may have filmed others without their consent.

Third Ban (May 2020)

Amouranth's third ban came two months after the second one. Amouranth was allegedly tricked into this ban, so it stands out as the most controversial one on this list. Amouranth saw a chat user with NSFW profile pictures and accidentally showed the image to her chat. Twitch quickly noticed the mistake and banned Amouranth from Twitch for a few days.

Fourth Ban (June 2021)

Twitch banned Amouranth for the fourth time in June 2021, along with another popular “hot tub” streamer, Indiefoxxx. The ban was triggered by an ASMR stream in which Amouranth would suggestively lick her microphone. However, many smaller streamers continue to participate in this type of content.

The streamer, however, could avoid the heat for a few more months.

Fifth Ban (October 2021)

Twitch was again at odds with Amouranth in October 2021. Amouranth says she doesn't understand why Twitch banned Amouranth for the fifth time. However, she appeared in good spirits and made sarcastic jokes about how a three-day ban would affect her income as one of Twitch's most profitable streamers. Although she lost her sixteen-month streak without bans, the ban isn't stopping her. Twitch has her back with as many viewers, and it's probably hard to believe that she will ever be out of place on the streaming platform.

Amouranth's Twitch Future

Amouranth has had very sporadic and brief bans so far. Amouranth always returns to Twitch in full force, picking up exactly where she left off. Amouranth has secured a comfortable Twitch position for many years as long as she doesn't commit serious offenses.

However, the popular streamer could be the one to end her Twitch career; Amouranth has spoken out about quitting streaming in the past. However, she seems to be enjoying her large Twitch audience, regardless of any bans she receives.
